• Add Web Content with Ease: Quickly upload web pages directly into your Knowledge Map by pasting a URL.

• Just click Add Web Content in your File Manager to get started!

• Note: The scraper pulls content from the specific URL you input (not entire websites).

• Confidence at a Glance: Instantly see answer reliability with confidence levels of Low, Medium, or High.

• Contradictory Answers: Iris will tell you when multiple sources cite different answers to the same question

• Transparent Justification: Hover over confidence labels to see why the score was assigned.

• Filter by Confidence Score: Prioritize work and tackle high-impact tasks first.

• Upload Projects Directly: Create Iris projects right from a Salesforce Opportunity.
