Iris Release Notes — July 17, 2026

Last updated: July 23, 2026

New Features

Hyperlinked documents now sync automatically through Web Scrape

If you link a PDF or Word doc from a parent page — like a wiki index — Iris now pulls it in and keeps it up to date on your regular weekly refresh. No more re-uploading files every time the source changes.

Bid assessment scorecards for RFP scoring

The groundwork for scoring RFP responses against a scorecard is now live. This is behind the scenes for now — reach out to your CSM if you'd like to learn more about what's coming.

Automatic user provisioning with SCIM 2.0

Enterprise admins can now add and remove users and groups automatically through SCIM 2.0. You'll also find an audit log in Settings, with CSV export, so you always know what changed and when.

Google Drive service account connection

Connect Google Drive once using a service account — no need for every user to authorize access individually.

Custom instructions for proposal generation

You can now add your own tone and style instructions when generating a proposal, so the output sounds like your team from the first draft.

Custom proposal titles

Give your proposals a custom title when you create them.

Faster bulk approvals

Approving or un-approving answers in bulk now runs in the background, so large batches won't hold you up. If a teammate is working on the same set at the same time, you'll see a heads-up banner.

Bug Fixes

  • Large document uploads now process smoothly during question extraction — big files are handled in chunks with automatic retries.

  • Project Hub deal owners are now correctly matched by email when creating or updating a hub.

  • DOCX exports now keep answers that share a cell together in the right spot.

  • The "View Question" link in workflow notification emails now takes you to the right place.

  • RFP flag-comment emails now link to the correct page.

  • Answer regeneration now builds cleaner context every time.

  • Custom Instructions permissions now apply consistently alongside the settings checkbox.

  • The Vanta compliance integration is now more reliable, with smoother scans across the board.

  • Plus several behind-the-scenes reliability improvements to SCIM and RFP evaluation.
