Iris Release Notes -- November 2025

Last updated: January 20, 2026

What’s New

We shipped a round of updates focused on making Iris faster, easier to navigate, and more flexible—especially for large projects with lots of questions, files, and collaborators.

Smarter filtering & sorting

You’ll notice smoother, more consistent filtering and sorting across projects, assignments, reports, and the Knowledge Map. This makes it easier to quickly narrow down questions by status, assignee, section, or other attributes—especially in larger projects.

Better project & assignment visibility

We’ve added enhancements that make it easier to see where you’re involved and what needs attention, including clearer summaries for assignments and project status. If you’re mentioned in a comment, it’s now easier to find those questions and jump straight into action. Check out the new "My Mentions" tab within Assignments.

Faster generation, exports, and downloads

Iris now answers multiple questions at the same time -- allowing you to fly through answering your next RFP.

Exports are now quicker and more reliable, particularly for larger projects. File downloads run more efficiently behind the scenes, so you spend less time waiting and more time reviewing answers. We added Download history so you can download versions of your document as you walk through it.

Improved document & spreadsheet handling

Working with Excel, Google Sheets, and other document types is smoother than ever. You can filter questions by sheet in Excel-based projects, and imports from Google Drive now support more file types.

Accessibility improvements

We continue to improve accessibility across the platform with better keyboard navigation and screen-reader support in filters, selectors, and participant management.

🐞 Bug fixes & polish

Alongside these enhancements, we shipped a variety of bug fixes and stability improvements across the app—resolving edge cases in permissions, downloads, integrations, and UI behavior.
