Project Management Features
Iris offers a comprehensive project management dashboard to help users efficiently manage and track their projects.
Filtering Projects:
Apply filters to narrow down projects based on:
Due Date
Deal Owner
Approver
Status
Alternatively, use the Search function to locate specific projects by name or keyword.
Project Menu Options:
Access additional actions for each project, including:
Viewing a progress report summary.
Editing project details.
Deleting or downloading the project.
Project Summary
The project summary report provides an at-a-glance view of critical details, including:
Deal Owner: The assigned owner of the project.
Approver: The individual or team responsible for approvals.
Revenue: The total value associated with the deal.
Time Elapsed: Duration since project initiation.
Question Status: Breakdown of questions approved, pending, or requiring revision.
Editing a Project
From the project dashboard, you can:
Update the project name and associated tags.
Modify the project description or customer details to reflect changes in scope or focus.
Downloading a Project
Download projects at any stage to share drafts or finalized versions with external stakeholders or team members outside the Iris platform.
